Colloidal Silica
These are aqueous dispersion of nano silicon dioxide particles. Being the largest global producer of Colloidal Silica, Nouryon use ultra pure raw materials intended to give unsurpassed quality, consistency & stability. Their BINDZIL and LEVASIL grades are in high demand among end users in gel acid batteries, ceramics, inorganic, organic & non-stick surface coatings, plastic films, specialty adhesives, inks, foundry, construction, refractories etc
Expancel
Expancel Microspheres are small spherical plastic particles. The microspheres consist of a polymer shell encapsulating a gas. When heated, the internal pressure from the gas increases and the thermoplastic shell softens, resulting in a dramatic increase of the volume of the microspheres- 40 times -without increase in weight. The gas remains inside the spheres. This unique feature can result in appreciable decrease in density in a system, can give 3-D effect, Foam a product and act as a blowing agent. Expancel finds wide applications in Polymers & Thermoplastics, PU & PVC Shoe Soles, Leather & Artificial Leather, Inks, Paints & Coatings, Commercial Explosives, Cultured Marble, Automobile Body Coatings, Putties, Fillers, Adhesives & Sealants etc.
Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC)
Nouryons CEKOL grade of CMC is a bio-based, water-soluble polymers made from renewable cellulosic raw material, harmless to the health and environment. It is specifically suited for aqueous binder systems in lithium-ion battery anodes which are typically used in combination with graphite and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) in anode coating to improve the binding strength of active graphite on the copper collector.
Songwon (Polymer Additives)
Songwon is the second largest manufacturer of polymer stabilizers in the world. Established in 1965‚ Songwon operates 6 manufacturing facilities in Korea, Germany, USA, and China. They have recently acquired a manufacturing plant in India, with a view to intensify their presence in this growing market. H.B.Fuller (Specialty and Aqueous Adhesives)
H.B.Fuller added CILBOND UK in 2015 and we now offer their eco friendly, water based bonding agents & adhesives for bonding rubber to metal and rubber to polymer substrates. CILBOND range of solutions includes a unique water based bonding agent that passes +400 degrees Celsius hot shear test in automotive brake pads. Our bonding agents can be brushed, sprayed or dip coated on to substrates. CILBOND also has a range of high efficiency solvent based solutions.

Synthomer (Specialty SBR)
A specialty materials company based in the United Kingdom, Synthomer offers high performance water based Litex grade of Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) for Lithium-Ion Battery Anode manufacture.
Litex SBR gives excellent adhesion to copper and active material. Its high slurry homogeneity, wettability and coating efficiency enables high battery performance and high capacity retention
Mechanical properties of Litex are suitable for both graphite and silicon anodes
